The people who run this homestay are lovely, and they cook great food. The location is also great, in the middle of the woods. The cottages are cute and cozy, and there is good wifi. Most importantly: the owner really takes time to get to know you and cook according to your wishes, which is the best about homestays and makes you feel like you are part of the family.

Jungle Crown Organic Home Stay is an amazing place to relax in the forest outside the city – really tranquil with great views. There is absolutely beautiful waterfall within short walk distance. The hosts were really helpful and hospitable. They definitely made the best food we have had in Nepal and also gave us a few cooking lessons. Everything was organically grown on the farm and also all dishes were made according to our needs. We would definitely recommend it! Absolutely love this place.

I absolutely loved my stay at Jungle Crown! Such a beautifully located and properly set in a pine forest overlooking Bhaktapur. Beautiful waterfall located 10 minutes’ walk through pine forest. Facilities are simple but extremely comfortable. They are constantly updating the facilities they offer, all hand build by the owner. It is great to relax in tree house and restaurant. The family that runs this home Stay is amazingly kind. The food they produce from their organic farm and cook is amazing! The breakfast is absolutely delicious. Their Nepali Thali is an absolute must! More expensive than most but the immense portions and organic produce are well worth the price! The home stay is located within walking distance of local eateries as well and about a 30 minute local bus ride from Nagarkot or Bhaktapur. If you are looking for a beautiful, simple oasis in the middle of nature, this is it.

Everything was beautiful, the bungalow is surrounded by nature, the staff is welcoming and cooks very well, the price is great. I recommend it and we will be back.

Staff were very welcoming and kind. The place had great views and it was perfect location to relax. Staff were very kind and let us keep the bags with them the day after. The food was just too good and breakfast was amazing!!! Very much recommended.

The owners are extremely welcoming and very attentive to our needs. Their home cooked food was outstanding. There is amazing view out in the jungle. Excellent value for money and highly recommended. I will be visiting again.

Our host and his family were very friendly. He took us on a walk to show us the waterfalls and the village. The place is getting some work done so everything is not finished yet, but they are working hard to provide an excellent service. Food was delicious too, you have to try their daal bhat ! It’s the best we had. View was great too.
